When you call, you will be asked for your 9 digit account number. Your account number is located in the right upper corner of your statement. If you have not received your first statement, the account number may be found at the bottom of your checks. Your account number is the middle set of digits located at the bottom of your checks or deposit ticket.
Once you have entered your account number, you will be asked for your personal identification number (PIN). The system initially assigns your PIN as the last 4 digits of the primary account holder's social security number. During your first call, you will be asked to change the PIN to a new number.
