2009 Recipient of the Grand Marquis de Lafayette Award for Community Service

At the 2009 Greater Lafayette Commerce Annual Dinner meeting on September 15, Lafayette Savings Bank was presented the Grand Marquis de Lafayette Award. The award was started in 1985 and winners are selected for their outstanding contributions over a period of years to community leadership and contributions to the quality of life in the Greater Lafayette community. Thank you, Greater Lafayette Commerce! We will continue to live up to the standards of this outstanding recognition!

2009 Recipient of the Governor's Century Business Award

On November 4, 2009, at the Statehouse, Lafayette Savings Bank was honored to receive the Century Award from Governor Mitch Daniels. The award is presented to companies throughout Indiana who have been in business for at least 100 years and have a history of community service. The award is on display outside of the President's office at the main branch along with a framed certificate from State Rep. Sheila Klinker.
